In this episode we meet Angie who takes us to Gold Coast for the happiest day of the year, we are going to participate to 5000 meters run full of colour and happiness. Then we will meet the professor Barbara Frederickson, one of the most highly cited researchers in the world of positive psychology specialist in emotions. Adamo coincidentally visits his old primary school with the Kelloggs team who use to help children who go to school hungry, which concern 1 in 7 Australian kids.
